Swapped my 60/40 for buckets out of a lightning. Was a direct bolt on... cept whoever put the 60/40 caked plumber's cement all over the bolts. I had to grind them out. Otherwise, it would have just taken a T55 torx to get out.

Love them buckets.

That plumbers cement might have been Fords brand of lock tight. I took my interior 60/40 out so I could clean everything (I'm the first owner) and man the stuff they put on those threads is some tuff stuff. Great find on the Lightning buckets those are hard to find...well at least for me .

100 bucks, bro. I wont the auction for them on ebay for 1 cent. It was 100 dollars for shipping from florida to connecticut via freight transport.

I think it was plumber's cement. It wasnt just on the thread... it was mounded over the actual bolt heads so i couldnt take them out. I had to grind the heads off, drill them out, and re-tap. It was a HUGE pain in the butt.
