Replace your starter
MY TRUCK has never so much as had a hiccup but today it would not start.. when i turned the key it just heard one loud klik so i thought it was the
battery (a Sears DIE HARD! purchased in 2000) ..NOPE NOT IT.... the battery is still going strong
maybe the solenoid NOT it ... u guessed it the dang starter.. i am not a rich man ($350.00 to $400.00 at the shop) so i decided to do some research on changing it my self this is what i came across
.... a gr 8 link for those who want to change the starter and save a few bucks...
little tip jack the pass side of the truck up for easier access to the starter

ps i will update on my progress with pics maybe light issues perhaps..
