Repair/Replace power mirror/locks

I just purchased a used 2003 F-150 XLT
Both power mirrors and passenger power lock does not work.

Is there a way to find out what is wrong myself or is it better to leave it to a repair shop?

Well, I'd start with the fuses.

FWIW, my power mirrors never worked that well.
