removing trim?

Default removing trim?

my buddy that works at a ford dealership can take off my trim for me but i just wanted to make sure that its stuck on with the glue stuff and not drilled on because idw holes in the side of my truck if he takes it off thanks for any help you can give

If it's the door molding that's like 1" wide. Yes it's just stuck on with 3m tape. Take a plastic scraper and pry into it on 1 side til you can get a grip. And slowly, SLOWLY peel back and it should peel off. Or you can use the scraper to dig into the 3m to peel it off better. Then use goof off on 3m tape left over and the scraper to get the rest off.

Chrome piece, if it's on the door molding, just take door molding off. If it's on the rockers.. I'm not sure. Probably 3m tape also.

/\ thanks man, i was wondering what held those door moldings on, didnt know whether it was glue or tape.

The only trim I know of that has alignment holes, are the F-150 badges on the fenders. Should just be double sided tape. Can use a 3M eraser with a power drill. Just don't get too aggressive and burn the clear-coat! Can't say I think the Calvin bit is at all funny. Mine doesn't run on rice, Corn!

So the badges on the tail gate n front benders are held on with just glue?? Easily removable?
