Default Rear window swap?

hey y’all kind of a wierd question-
My rear cab window is all glass no sliding opening. Can I buy one with the slider, and just pop it in? Is that even possible?

It is possible, the windows are the same.

I did the opposite, went from a slider to solid glass.

I know solid glass won’t leak but I love the pass through with the rear pop vent windows too. Next best thing to a sunroof I think.

I did the opposite as well - slider to solid glass. You can still get either.
Had mine installed at the house for around $300 - they took the old leaky one.

You can also get the slider that is electric! Wished I would've know that when my shop replaced my slider. I would've opted for electric

They do offer it at the dealer, surprisingly. I got one for my truck, and I was lucky enough to be prewired. If you've got a 1997, I doubt you will be, so wire running will be necessary. No issue with fitment, I'm sure.

Sorry about the long response, loong day, lol. Anyway, you'll probably be looking a bit over $600 for the entire assembly from the dealer.
