Default Rear Window Seal?!

here are some pics of my rear driver window on my 03 fx4 screw. as you can see in the first pic there is a tear in the rubber thing that my window rolls up and everytime it gets below that tear it doesn't go up straight it comes outside the groove and doesn't go up straight. is there a way to fix it or replace it? and what is that piece called? thanks for any input, would love to fix so i dont have to worry about the window having that crack when it rains!

It is apart of the window track. You will need the whole window track as its 1 piece that goes all the way around the door. It also is the window seal.

I would get one from the dealer. I have had no luck with aftermarket window channels.
