Adjust the auto adjuster first and it will come right off.

You have to either use a hole within the drum itself or on the back side, there will be a rubber plug.

Rotors have dust sheilds.

If it is Disc, then put your lug nuts back on loosely to protect your studs, apply heat between your studs, and beat between your studs till the Disc breaks free, a little PB Blaster in advance helps too.

Once it's loose, you will have to find that adjuster to release your emergency brake shoes so they will slip over the lip they create on the inside of the inner parking brake drum.

USE JACK STANDS on the axle!!!
