Default Rear Blocks????

i have a 2000 f150 4x4 with a leveling kit in the front and the stock 2inch rear blocks with 1 3/4 inch block stacked on them, i am wanting to put a 3 inch block instead of the 1 3/4 block. will this be ok? will it cause any problems with the drive shaft angle? or the transmission?

It's not a good idea to stack blocks so replacing them with a larger single block would be best

i have had stacked blocks for over 4 years now with no problems, but what i am wondering is going with a 5 inch block instead of the 4 inches? will everything be ok? will the driveshaft need to be longer?

The driveshaft can extend or shorten depending on what it needs to be. This is how it works when your axel goes up and down, the only thing I would be worried about it is the u-joint angle.

You gonna need a lift kit if you plan on going to a 5 inch block. As the Rancho 4" includes a 4" with a add a leaf. So You may want to think twice in over cranking the front that far.
