Hey guys, I have been looking through the forum about this problem and found a couple threads about it but they seemed to have there exhaust as the problem. Mine still might be the culprit but it sounds like more of a clunk/heat shield rattle. I feel like I've looked over everything under my truck, from wiggling to kicking things. This usually happens when the truck is warm and is around highway speeds is when it's more noticeable. I checked u joints and the rear end as well with a diff fluid change. When I left off the gas I hear it quick, and when I pop the throttle quick, also if I let of the throttle very slowly at 65mph it has an enlongated rattle!

Weren't you just in an accident? Take it back to the shop.

 

I had an old fox body mustang that rattled like you are describing. It ended up being a bad cat converter. I'm at work so I can't watch the video at the moment.
