Default Random Shaking (My first posting)

OK, my first post on here sorry if in the wrong area.
I have an '02 F150 FX4 with 136K miles. A couple of weeks ago, my truck began shaking really bad, and I pulled over thinking I may have gotten a flat. All looked good, got back in and it was smooth. It did it a couple of days later, pulled over to a stop and took off again smooth. It has done this 2 more times. I am going about 60-70mph. It feels like it's coming from the front. It's very random, and runs great and smooth other than this. Today it did it again, and I pulled over and slowed to about 20 and took off again with the shaking gone. What would cause this?

worn out brake caliper or damaged brake caliper. Or wheel out of balance!
