Default Quick Question about tires.

Will 285/70/17s fit on stock wheels? A guy has a used set and my truck NEEDS tires. I tried to search, but it would not take the phrase.

What did it come with from the factory? Look at the sticker on the inside of the door. Then I can tell you if they will fit.

If I can fit those on a 16x7, he can fit the 285/70's on a 17x7.

Really? I didn't know that. I thought 75's were wider because they have.more sidewall to support
