I was following my truck last night cuz i had to pick up another one. Well when the brakes are hit i see that my driver side taillight and 3rd brake light are way brighter then the passenger side. What could this be or is that normal?

 

I don't think it's normal...what I would do is take that taillight off and inspect the wires and bulb.
