My truck manual says 04 heritage but my body style looks like the 97-03. But he 04 models are totally different. so my question is, are their many models like mine? And what year would I select if I'm looking for parts?

 

There is quite a few models just like yours. In 04 Ford still offered the old body style for those who still wanted it. As for ordering parts a lot of sites will have an 04 heritage option if not than it's the same as and 00-03 F-150. I didn't include 97-99 because the bumpers are different.
