Question about a light bar

Do any of you guys know if I could put a 20 inch light bar above my front plate where the bumper and grill ?

okay , thanks going to order one and hook it to the fog lights ! didn't know if it had to be below the grill!

if you run the fogs with that bar itll be illegal in all 50 states. light bars are "for off road use only"

yes I know! will have to leave them off most the time but i hope it will still look pretty good.
