Default Pulley Squeak

I have replaced the idler and the tension-er, something is still sqeaking around there. jw if anyone knows a good way to identify what is squeaking, or has come across a similar issue?

Look at the pulleys from the side just in front of the tires while the engine is running. Your looking for any woble in a pulleys. Also you can pull the belt completely off and spin every pulley by hand

My power stealing pump pulley was not pressed all the way on the pump

How old is the Waterpump?
How old is the fan clutch if it has one?
