Try removing it and spray Electric Contact cleaner on the terminal.

Sounds cheap and easy enough to do -- worth the try. I saw a video on youtube about removing it. It doesn't look difficult to do. Thanks, will do that when I get the time. What do you think, use same fuses and relays, or buy new ones?

DON'T SKIP THE VOLTAGE TEST... You will end up in wrong conclusion if you skip that test. Make sure to test your Multimeter probe for resistance by touching them together. It should read 0 ohms or infinite resistance.

A good relay will read 5 ohms or more to test the relay place the probe in terminal or pin 2 and pin 1, 3, 4, 5.

Yes, thank you -- I'll have to remove parts, then test. When touching the meter probes together with the meter set for resistance testing, the meter goes to Zero. Then I quit touching the probes together, the meter now reads 1 -- then when touching one probe to #2 and the other probe to ground, the meter stays at 1. But it sounds like I should remove the parts, clean everything up, test what I can, and if all looks ok, put it back together, clear the codes, drive it, and see what happens. If I still have the same problems, time to replace parts.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE
