"Curb Position Ride Height" doesn't sound like it means to be done on a lift to me. Sounds like wheels on ground. Hence the use of the word "curb". "Curbs" are not airborne or elevated very high off the ground.
Says it must be tightened at curb weight.
Oh well redo this job to be on safe side.
It says it must be "held at curb position ride height" which must mean to manipulate the control arm by some means other than setting the truck on the ground - otherwise, they'd have said "with the wheels on the ground".
Bottom line is you're committed to redoing the job no matter what, so Godspeed.

^this, you can either use jack stands or axle stands to get the weight put on the suspension before you torque them down
I checked my 2000 WSM and did find this for the 4x2. It's the only Note though. No mention for the other arms, 4x2 or 4x4.
Seems easy enough to recheck, just crawl under, loosen things, then retighten.
p.s. I think that this can be done while the truck is on the lift.

the thing is... As Barebones said... Those instructions are for the lower control arm and you are doing the upper one so probably don't apply to your job...
What would they tell you, do they care?
It's your Time and $$$.
If you have to redo the alignment again, it's just another billing invoice for their shop.
Since I paid $30 extra to get unlimited alignments for the next year, I’d imagine they’d at least mention something. Maybe not, but so far so good.
