Default Projectors with HID?

I did a search and cant seem to find anyone who has them. I modified my projector(the halo with led) headlights to fit my HID lights. Only they look bad. Barely any light output at all. Seems the projectors are blocking part of the light. There is a plastic piece at the back of the projector that seems like if it were removed may help. Has anyone done this? If not, i am just going back to stock with hid. Thanks!

Can you post some pics of your lights and possibly some of the bulb mounting area so we can get a visual as to what you mean?

Yes, I will post some later on.

I am going to try adjusting the screws later as well, but I cannot do it with the lights on the truck.....bad design.

Any pics yet. I am about to install HIDs in my projectors and I want to get as much light output as possible.

Same here - I'm looking at a set of heads on ebay that are alleged to be HID and projectors.

I just finished installing HIDs in my projectors. I will post pics later. The installation went smoothley but I am a little nervous about the light output. I will let you guys know how they look tonight.
