Unless you're going boosted or major n/a mods, there's no need for all the data logging the Livewire can do. It's nice but not needed.
I have nothing against edge, but data logging is obviously important if you plan on major mods down the road. Which most of use do EVENTUALLY

It's important for major mods. For at least an 8-14 year old truck I would venture to say 99% don't need data logging because not many in the real world are putting blowers or doing head work on that old of a vehicle. Most stick to the big three mods and call it a day. I'm just fine with full bolt on's power wise, no data logging, and an email custom tune that keeps me at 14.7 a/f throughout the throttle.

I'm not planning on playing with much else besides the programmer already have my exhaust and intake.
