With the O/D light flashing, and you have no ability to move either forward or reverse, I'd have to bet on the transmissions torque converter or front pump has taken the proverbial dump. Your tcc solenoid could be locking up between gears, probably by a broken spring for the actuator assy. Thus the two codes you have set for the transmission.

If it was engine, you would see runability codes. You have 2 codes that say the solenoids are giving the computer a bad signal but they are transmission codes. Have you put a vacuum gauge on the engine to see how it idles? You should have over 17# and should be higher, with no fluxation. If bad fluxation, then valve problems most likely. If it is good at idle, but drops low in gear, then either a vacuum leak or faulty part. Good luck.
