Question Power window switch question...

I have a 99 extended cab... So just 2 electric windows... My question is (as I haven't yet taken off the door panel) can the wiring harnesses for the window switches be plugged in the wrong way? The drivers door switch to operate the passenger door window works backwards. If you push up on the switch the passenger window goes down and vica versa.... The switch for the drivers door works fin, and the switch on the passenger door works fine... Just this one switch in particular. Wondering if someone maybe accidentally plugged the harness into the switch wrong, or if maybe someone did a cut and splice and messed it up. Either way I'm sure I can fix it, just haven't gotten to it yet.

Also, the door lock switch on the drivers side door doesn't work at all, but the one on the passenger door does. I figure it's either come unplugged, or it's broken. Since I obviously am going to be taking the door panel off anyway, I'll figure it out when I get to it, HAHA!

best thing to do is remove the panels and look. the window switch could of been taken off at one point and they put it in upside down.
