Default Power Door Locks not working

I have a 02 F150 Supercrew and the power door locks stopped working from both the remote or the switches (both drivers and passengers sides). I have checked the fuses and confirmed they are okay. There is no power to the switches on either door. My wiring diagram shows 3 relays for the door locks (drivers unlock relay, all lock relay, and all unlock relay) but I cannot find these relays.
Can someone help me locate these relays? I have spent lots of hours looking for an answer or the internet and pulling various panels an such on the truck but cannot find any relays with wiring colors that match what the Chilton manual shows.

Thanks,
Jim

I think they are in the fuse box under the hood, maybe wrong. Do you have a key pad, and is it digital or analog.

Hey ! I think the relays are located under the long panel on top of the dashboard. That panel that looks like it comes out does and the relays are next to each other. Good luck!

Default unlock not working-fixed

i downloaded the wiring diagram provided in the above posting, and it does not show a relay, after some investigation i found the problem to be the ground wire on the driverside switch which forms a common ground for both switches. after playing with that wire i found that it had become brittle and broken. When i back tracked and replaced it the unlock works great.

Just curious, is the power locks the only issue you have? Are the inside lights working? Windshield wipers working? If you have a string of problems that is electrical then you have a bad GEM. Let me know if you need to know more.

I know this is an old thread, but just wondering what you did to fix this issue? I am having the exact same problem right now.

I have I have had problems with my locks and the rear sliding window and the combination lock on the outside of the door. It's kind of an odd problem though, because I can lock the door from the passenger side but I can't unlock it and I can unlock all the doors from the driver side but I can't lock. If I use the key fob I can lock and unlock everything. I have replaced the driver side door lock that includes the combination pad and I have replace some of the switches including the sliding window switch. Have you had any issues like this and is there a fix without me tearing my whole truck apart? I would appreciate any input you have
