Not a bad looking truck but yeah pretty sure it's not a real NASCAR edition but there weren't any real great things about that option

From what I've found, the 99 NASCAR with 4x4 was a trim package down in NASCAR country (southeast USA)

Here's info about the real F-150 NASCAR Edition and the 1999 faux version.

The only problem with that site is that is someone's personal page and not an official or factory page. I could put FX4 stickers on my truck and post the same type of page. See if you can find more before you call it a factory release. Just my $.02.

See if this helps: http://www.fordf150.net/specialeditions/nascar.php

Good looking truck though.

If I get it, that striping has got to go. Looks out of place.

I read on another forum that it was an appearance package that some dealers did. Like the "Texas edition" the only difference between this and a regular xlt is the stickers and the bumpers (blacked out)

I added the link in my previous post after I posted it.

Try not to pay to much extra for the stickers.
