Default possible driveshaft issue?

Hey all. This issue has started on my truck a few days ago. its getting annoying. When at a complete stop, and I give it a decent amount of gas, I hear a few "pings" or clicking sounds coming from underneath my truck. this happens in reverse as well. If I take off easy, this wont happen. My old man said the hanger bearing in the driveshaft is going? honestly never heard of this. Any input is greatly appreciated!

Agree on checking the whole driveshaft. Change your diff fluid too.

Did your buddy put zip ties on the driveshaft just to **** with you? xD
