Default pic request and info needed

need a pic of R470W and R4100 tranny (2001 super crew 5.4)


I cant tell what one I have...my dip stick says use only Merc-v (that should mean the 70


also my tranny has no drain bolt on the pan


I have no door jam sticker in my truck to read the code,

Default What, Me Worry?

Do you really need to know? If it's a question of what tranny fluid to use, use Mercon V for either one.

OEM tranny pans don't have drain plugs installed....most of them anyway. Anything to save a buck on production costs.

yeah I really need to know my tranny **** the bed so I need to know what to get a the wreckers and thanks to the pic its the 70

don't have my 4r70 out of the truck yet to do a side by side.

Not quiet...

since their computer specific you need a different computer

wiring harness for the tranny, and you may have to change the driveshaft out for a shorter one

Since your truck is a supercrew, im pretty sure its the 4R70. Only the 7700 series and the lightnings got the 4R100's
