Was starting to look at tuners for my truck, not quite ready to buy but starting to look so I know exactly what I want and get the best I can. I seen a few guys on here were disappointed with Jet chip and few that really liked the SCT. Which one gives the power gains for the best price, or is there another make out there thats better than both.

Also I have a 1998 F150 XL 4.2 V6 5 spd

Yeah I sorta been reading what you guys have been talking about with chips and tuners also. I have a 1998 4.2l auto myself. So far my best bang for my buck was going from 308 gears to 355. Still looking for a lil more tho
