Where was the bag when it went in? Was the filter in or was it off. Did it go through the throttle body for sure or could it still be on the plastic intake tube? If it did go through the throttle body I would pull the intake and get it out, if it was big enough to get stuck in there it may be big enough to get jammed in a valve and bend it! I wouldn't drive it too much until u know for sure where it is. Was it like a full grocery bag or like a sandwich bag?

Your throttle body is coated in plastic, pull it and clean it, look inside the intake and see if some is lodged in there.

My whole plastic intake was removed and it was rubber banded around the throttle body. It was a small piece of a Walmart grocery bag. Just big enough to cover the hole

You might need to replace your MAF sensor. Get the code checked and if it's about the MAF then clean it with MAF sensor and see if the code pops back up after you clear it. If it does pop back up, get a new MAF.

I would maybe run some carb cleaner down the throttle body or an induction service to break down the material that's stuck. If that doesn't work pull the intake off It's most likely stuck in one of the runners. Good luck

If it went straight down the throttle body the maf was not in its path nor could it get damaged. The maf is fine. It's plugging the air path to one of the cylinders the code will probably he a misfire code.

Isn't the MAF long before the throttle body?

Never mind.
