Default Passing Inspection

If I just have 2 high flow cats, will I still pass inspection? I know our trucks come stock with 4 which is why I'm asking...

Depends greatly on your state.

Do you have a check engine light on?

I know that here in Texas if you live around dfw your exhaust is gonna have to have all of your stock cats and some kind of muffler. But if you go to a county outside of emissions counties you are fine.

Well I'm from San Antonio, I'm not too sure how strict they are, I have alot of friends with straight piped diesels so I'll have to ask them where they go to get their trucks passed

Diesels only have safety inspection anywhere in Texas. But in San Antonio I think you'll be fine with a straight piped gasser

Haha I hope you're right, I had a buddy with a 6cyl f150 get turned away since he cut the exhaust off after the headers. I'll at least have two cats and a muffler 😂😂
