Default Which Part Do I need?

Fellow Ford Lovers,

I have 2001 F150 that has a mount that broke through my truck bed that I want to have replaced. The problem is that I do not know what the part is. I can see the difference in the passenger's side and the driver's side so I know it is broken. I have enclosed some pics and would welcome any helpful comments so I can order the part, repair it and be back on the road.

Look under the he truck where the spring mounts, my guess is the rear spring hanger broke.

Time to weld in a flat plate and new rear spring perch. That is the first Ford I've seen that happen to in a truck. I've seen many Mopars rust thru like that, but never a Ford. I have now. Damn.
