Default Paint question

Ok I just took my side moldings off an have dirt spots. And I will be trying a clay bar but if that doesn't work what is another way to get em out? I'll add a pic of one of them.

Start with something like Goo Gone, then try a less aggressive clay bar and work your way up in aggressiveness bar wise if it doesn't work.

Maybe chrome polish or heavy cut buffing compound on a DA. If its still there then its not dirt and will probably have to be sanded down and buffed.
