With that information I would say that that coil is on it's way out with an intermittent failure. So keep an eye on the CEL and the the condition of the trucks run cycle if you do in fact get another misfire code for I'm assuming cylinder 1 since I didn't read that you switched the coils back then I would replace the coil and call it a day the coils on these trucks crap out all the time although you do read sometimes that people still have the originals in the truck I call BS I've replaced 8 coils twice in 230k miles so that would be my input
