Overhead outside temp & compass 2003 supercrew
The display has gone out if i tap it continuosly it sometimes will come back is it big deal to change or fix what cost for part am i looking at

Follow the link from TheLoudestSilence. Mine was doing the same thing and I followed the directions he has. If you take it apart the resistors may not look like they are broken to the naked eye but I just put a solder iron to them anyway and problem fixed.. Use a pencil thin iron if you can and take your time. Mine hasn't flickered or gone out since I did it.
