O2 sensor interchangeable?

Keep in mind that male and female connectors have to be super clean inside. These are most like the most sensitive connectors on the vehicle. I use Isopropyl alcohol and 10 lbs of compressed air to clean. It may take more than a few times to get them clean enough once they get dirty.

I cut off the nib that didn't fit, put in the Ranger sensor, and the O2 codes are gone. Many thanks for all the advice!
