Yeah, it's not just parts though, it's everything. Not too many people know what they are doing at Home Depot either. I came out of that and into the airline industry, and it's the same thing. If you want good parts service, there are independent stores out there you can go to. However, you are going to pay more for the parts. Price is king. People will deal with crappy service to get a good price. It's even worse in the airlines. Airline flights have become a comodity. A customer could get bad mouthed by a gate agent, delayed another day and end up paying for their own hotel, and then have bad service on the flight to their destination, you get the idea. If that ticket is the cheapest by $4 on Expedia the next time, they'll buy it again.
