i agree check fuel pressure. a fuel filter has been known to cause lean codes. also check the functioning of your maf sensor.

Would the filter cause it to idle around 1-3k too?

I think the point is that all diagnostic results are irrelevant if you don't know what the FP is. This is among the first things any service manual or service procedure would have you check inANY engine performance diagnostic.

Well I finally just took it to a mechanic that knows my truck inside and out and he told me a vacuum leak. So I left it and he found that its the intake leaking.
