Default Not running right code P0174

I did a motor swap in my truck. I had a 5.4 with over 200,000 leaking oil so i bought a 5.4 with 50,000 miles on a rebuild. I listened to the motor run for 30 min and i ran good. So i bought it and put it in. Before i put it in i changed the timing chain cover gasket, valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket, throttle body gasket and the exhaust manifold gaskets. Now i have the motor back in and it is running and idling rough the check engine code p0174 is on which says system too lean (bank 2) which i believe is the passenger side. I really could use some help with this. There is less exhaust coming out the passengers side, i might have forgotten a shop paper towel in the flange of the exhaust, would that burn out or clog my muffler, their are not Cats on it so those aren't clogged. Any advice is appreciated, thanks!!

If you can get the towel out, you should get it out. this could cause problems to your engine while you attempt to burn it out because your engine is not breathing properly and the extra heat is causing problems with your valves. Hope you have not already broken something. the P0174 cost is just telling you you have a problem. I have to do more research but I believe that bank two is the drivers side. If not running properly, you will get this code

Thanks Frank Ford,

Its sitting in the yard for now, Our garage burnt down on Monday so all my tools and garage are gone. Which sucks since to go along with that my truck is not running right and the starter is out on my plow truck!!!

If bank two is the drivers side why is there less exhaust coming out the passenger side? Im not sure that there was a paper towel in it or not, i plan on changing the spark plugs, coils and mufflers. Should i change the intake manifold gasket to?

Im hoping I can get my truck in at my girlfriends dads house soon to work on it.

Sounds like a vacuum leak but double check that all plug wires are on the right plugs. A towel in the exhaust will burn out rather quickly. No worries.
If all the wires are on right, pull a plug wire one at a time at idle to identify the missing cylinder. Don't keep it disconnected long, just enough to see which wire/cylinder makes no difference in the idle. Then focus on that cylinder: bad plug like gap closed, bad wire, etc.
