Default fuel system problem?

So, here is the problem. When we got our first snow fall the battery die, I didn't have the truck tagged sou let it sit there. Recently I slow charged the battery, now the motor will not start. It will start with starting fluid, but dies after that burns off. Thinking it maybe a frozen fuel line, i put a heater under the vehicle, I can hear the pump working, and changed the filter (not sure when the last time it was done, if ever). Still nothing, now the weather has dropped below frezing again, I was thinking about doing a pressure test but now that it is cold, I am irrietaded at the truck and myself. If anyone has an idea please let me know.
