Default Is this normal?

Is it normal for the wheel to seem like its not fully seated against the hub?
I had my driver side front tire off and when I was done torquing everything the wheel seemed like it wasn't seated. Also, is the differential supposed to make a noise when I turn the wheel by hand? It didn't seem like a grinding noise just had never noticed it before.

I just replaced my front hubs. I had the same symptoms you are having. I bought my at 1Aauto.com I believe is the name. Best price by far compared to going to o'reillys or somewhere close. I got both sides for $130 I think with free shipping. I did a write up on how to replace and install them and the link to the hubs is in it. Check out my threads to find it.
