I have a 2003 ford f150 5.4 lariet fx4 with the 4/7 pin trailer plug combo and my dog chewed up the 4 pin plug, I replaced the plug with another yet now I don't have any trailer light or turn signals from the 4 pin plug. I checked the fuses and the ones under the hood are fine, any ideas on what it could be??

You looked at the fuse in the cab PR just under the hood? If not, start there.

I meant both I apologize, both locations the fuses are fine

Do you own a test light? If so, see if you are getting power at the plug. Maybe it's the trailer. Or the ground isn't good.
