Default No heat

Hi my name is Dave new to the forum. I have a 1998 F150 with the 4.6. problem is there is no HEAT, hear is list of things we did New heater core new water pump new thermostat, hoses, flushed the system. blend door is working, stuck a inspection camera inside and the door is opening and closing with the hot and cold control ****. All the other control ***** are working as they should. its like the air conditioning is on all the time The temperature at the floor when running is 59 degrees.what am i missing. i live in wisconsin were it gets cold in the winter

Have you felt the heater hoses under the hood? Are both cold? One hot one cold? Both hot?

Edit* with your heater turned on and engine warmed up

Yes both hose are warm one hotter than the other

Did you also flush the heater core.... as in just the core? That is really the only way to flush it, because doing it as a system, it will still find ways to bypass the plugged core.

In the power distribution box in the engine compartment, temporarily remove relay # 204. This will disable your AC. Now if you get heat, something is causing the AC to run continuously.

After having a coolant system flush done with a pressurized Mahle coolant exchange machine I swear by the machine. What the machine pulls out after using traditional methods is eye opening.

I am guessing they also run a chemical through it, rather than just water?

They do but I can't say what it is only that it works great. I couldn't believe, literally, the chunks and clods of crap that came out with the machine.
