Default new guy looking for advice

hi,
I recently picked up an 02 f150 supercrew lariat. It seems to have a 2" block on the rear axle to lift the rear. I want to raise the front level with the rear, I don't think adding a spacer on the struts is the way to go for me.
I have read that some people do something to the torsion keys, but can't seem to find what that is or how to do it.

any one done this or know if its a good idea?

thanks.

Is it 4x4? And the 2 inch block in the back is stock on screw 4x4s.

Cranking the torsion bars is easy. If you look under your truck you'll see a long bar on each side going from your front suspension back to a cross brace. You'll see it connect to a arm assemply inside that cross brace and then there's a bolt pointed up, now depending on whether you tighten or loosen the bolt, it will move the arm assembly up or down. To raise the front of truck tighten the bolt. Count your turns because you'll want to probably do the same turns on the other side. Make sure you put WD40 or penetrating oil on the threads of the bolt first and let it soak. You'll need a breaker bar or big impact gun to turn that bolt though. Also, ionce you get the front where you want it you'll need and alignment and its a stiffer ride.
