Default new guy

for starters great forum lots of info. so i have a 03 f150 with a 4.6 i just put in a 373 gears in it and ordered headers and im building my own exhaust and i have a cai comeing and i got a sct with tunes.


ok heres the ? i ordered an inline xpipe and a cherry bomb extrem muffler the xpipe and muffler dont really line up any ideas should i cut the xpipe and rewield it or just get like a couple 30 degree bends made?

i guess it would flow and look a little better if you rewelded it. but if it was me, i would just get a couple bends made probably. thats the same muffler i have, i get a lot of compliments on it.

so i got a new x pipe and got it all put up yesterday. i put the headers on last week. and holy sh*t is it loud its so loud that my wife wont ride in it intill i fix it lol. So she let me order magnaflow high flow direct bold on cats about 600 bucks but its still cheaper than leting the muffler shop do it down here in New Orleans they wanted 1000 bucks to hang the pipe on my truck and i had all the pipe my chin hit my stearing wheel when they told me that on the phone. so back to the drawing board.

Got a break from a two day rain and took off my strips and body side molding. All u need is a putty knife and a drill and I use a rubber wheel (3m) makes it
