I had a post on here but I don't know how to find it now so I am putting a new one...lol
I have a 03 e-150 and it is idling rough, I know I need to change the air filter it is pretty dirty, but it also shakes when it gets into overdrive when I am climbing a hill almost like it isn't getting enough fuel, ( I usually take it out of overdrive) it also does it if I forget to take it out of overdrive and I am in town... basically when I am lugging it... also there is a whine that sounds a lot like an old ford power steering when they go bad but it is only audible when it is at an idle... any advice would be appreciated...
