Default New to Forum

Hello everyone! I'm new to the forum and a new owner of a 98 Supercab. If anyone has any tips for me I'd be more than happy to hear them. It is a 2wd but I'd like to get it as far off road as I possibly can. For now I have a few minor issues to fix, P0171 error code (o2 sensor is the suspect since MAF is clean and diagnoses as operating properly), the PRNDL needle is off, and I need to figure out where the exhaust leak is, besides generally under the door area. Look forward to talking to you!

The best way to improve 2wd off roading capability is adding a better limited slip differential, like a Detroit Tru Track or Locker.

Also look for a vacuum leak for the lean code side. Here's an article for the indicator. Welcome to the site.

Thank You, I've been looking into that recently. It's hard to describe the issue to google because anytime you type in shift indicator it want's to talk about aftermarket RPM Gauges and Shift lights. When you say vacuum leak do you mean PCV?
