Default need some mod advice

I'm going to buy a 03 FX4 Screw in the next couple days. (Friday). It has the 5.4 with the automatic. PHP Tuner to come after mods but wanting some info on mods.
I'm doing Gotts mod. Electric fans. Exhaust with rear cat delete and true duels.
The truck has a little over 100,000 miles and will see a lot of highway miles as I plan on doing some traveling.

Questions
1) What size exhaust ? 2 or 3 inch
2) H pipe worth it ?
3) What mufflers ? I want it to be heard but not obnoxious. Deep sound.
4) What electric fans work the best ?
5) Any other ideals greatly appreciated ?

Trying to get the bang for my buck NEED gas mileage and HAVE to have POWER ?

Thanks for input

Also on the rear cat delete how do you keep check engine light from coming on ? I've heard to weld new buns (probably not how its spelled ) in and put O2 sensors back. Also heard to cut wires and connect them together ?? Which if either is right ?

The rear o2 sensors are after the rear cat so all you have to do I weld in a pipe in place of the cat and your good to go. It just won't pass emissions so keep the cats handy if emissions are required where you live.

So what do I do with the O2 sensors ? Weld them back in or what ? I live in MO so no worries about emissions

They're in the pipe behind the cat so just weld you're new pipe in place of the cat and you'll be good to go. The O2 binge don't move.
