Question Need some help

Ok Here it goes, lately i have been having a pretty bad misfire right after start up that goes away within a few minutes. I finaly got time to take a look. the passenger side coils and plugs were all good. the drivers side however not so good. all four had liquid built up in the plug tubes. the first and second were both coolant, but the second was a little more oil colored. the third was coolant but looked very oily. The fourth had very little coolant in it but no oil. I blew all of the liquid out of all the holes.
I know it sounds like a head gasket but there is not coolant in the oil or visa versa. it isnt smoking and doesnt have a sweet smell to the exhaust.after a little while of messing with it,Me and my dad decided that it could be the intake gasket??, so in an effort to confirm this we used silicone to seal the coil boots to the plug wells and put everything back to gether. i drove it home and to woke with no more misfiring. but it still leaves an issue. is it possible that it could be the intake seal, or something other then a head gasket. any help is appreciated.
Thanks Dustin

The intake or the intake gasket is leaking on the one side. If the intake is aluminum them just a gasket problem. If it is plastic, most likely you will find that the plastic has split at the coolant crossover ports. You will have to replace the intake if this is the case. The intake manifold is available aftermarket. The coolant seeps out and runs twards the back, explaining why the first plugs had more than the rear plugs.

I think dorman products makes the intake. I would install new plugs, clean the throttlebody. Flush cooling system. Thermostat, but comes with the new intake. I would also clean the coils and install new boots if they were sitting in coolant.
