That is the factory boards on my 98 lil Red truck 4x4 SB FS in the signature. Same from 97 to 03 and 04H. It could be the same as a 94-96 F150 Gen 9 also. I show a board the same in the crash manual for those years. Doesn't hurt to check. Good luck.
