Default Need to replace broken antenna mount

My brother ran my 1998 F-150 through the car wash without removing the antenna and now it is broken off. I tried to use an EZ-Out to remove the broken piece from inside the base but that didn't work. I figure I'll have to replace or have the base replaced but I'm afraid to just start prying at the base when I don't know what I'm doing. Is it possible for me to do this without having to remove the fender?

No problem. Good luck! Sometimes those screws get white rust, and are a bear to get out.

Its a lot easier than it looks, once the plastic cover is lifted up it's just the 3 screws and a connector

When mine was imported over to the UK it got broke and I replaced it myself quite easily using pretty much the same instructions White posted

Hardest part was finding someone who would ship me one over... lol

I put it on today, I just went up to the junkyard and had them get me one off another 98. Everything went pretty smoothly surprisingly lol
