Noise (Engine Not Running)

Noise (Engine Not Running)
Truck is a 2002 F-150 XL 4WD with V6. Around 160K miles
A couple of nights ago I was outside and heard this buzzing I first thought was coming from a neighbors house but I realized it was coming from under the hood of the truck.
Truck had not been started in at least 3-4 days. If I unhook the battery, the noise stops, once I reconnect the battery, it starts up again.
Once again, The engine was NOT RUNNING when I heard/discovered this. Truck started just fine but once I turned it off I could still hear this.
Occasionally, it would act like it was going to stop but it started right back up again.

Interesting.... I would have bet the ranch on a wet GEM module.
Any other odd things going on, like random relays clicking under the dash? Dash lights coming on and off - particularly the 4X4 lights. Or issues with the power windows?

My guess is it's this...

The ABS Pump module has a chip in it that fails and causes the pump to run constantly, might be worth pulling the ABS fuse to see if it stops, if it does than that is likely to be the problem
