You will need to get it aligned. I raised my 2wd with 2" coil spring spacers and it threw the alignment way off. I had to buy the new adjustable camber bolts $60 because Firestone told me there wasn't enough adjustment in the stock camber bolts. The coil spring spacer also made my ride super stiff, because it puts your upper control arm on a angle.

You won't need new shocks if you only lift it 1-2 inches
3-4" longer shocks are recommended.

I am saving as we speak to get a 3'' spindle lift which will keep my upper control arm level and bring back the factory ride.

im sure it would throw off camber.

could just go with a body lift. close to the same price but you get alot more lift and you dont have to get anything realigned.

True. But I just want to level it. Plus it's a bit cheaper to do the level than lift. Places round here want 3 grand fir a 3 inch body lift. I don't have that kind of money lol. I can get spacer and everything else installed for I am thinking 200-250. Thanks for the input.
